Congrats...

A close friend's wife gave birth to a baby girl on 28 Aug and we caught up tonight for dinner. Well, the dinner was not to celebrate the birth but my belated birthday treat! Hahahaha!

I have known this friend since maybe 1988/9...... and all these years, though we have not really caught up often, we have managed to remain as close friends. Certainly very happy for him..... and wishing him and his family good health and happiness!

Get Well Soon.....

A dear friend of mine has just undergone an operation (cannot remember what it is for...sorry) and is not recovering well at this moment.

Even though he is not well, he makes effort to remind me to check on my health (always nagging at me, though. Hahahahaha!)

Just want to thank him for his concern and even though I sent him many 'sarcastic' sms (hahahahaha) ...deep inside me, I am thankful to have him as a friend.

Gathering..

It has been a while since our last gathering and tonight we met up again....for steamboat at my favourite restaurant (it has moved to Tanjong Katong Road)!

It was great catching up with Albert, Jerry, Wong, Tony, Richard, Gerald and Pobe (friend from Thailand).... the company was great!

Thank you for 'making' time to catch up..... and yes, I promise to mention all of you in my blog....... hahahahahaha!

A Pleasant Surprise...

Tonight.... I received a sms from a very dear friend..... sending belated birthday greetings....it's a real surprise....very touched...

My dear friend.....thks for the greetings and thanks for reading my blog.. I guess that's where you found out about my birthday! Hahahaha!
