Friendship, Forever and Ever

I want you to know : I am really
happy to have the kind of friendship
I have with you. I love it because it's
true and real and trusting. Because it
does my heart and soul good to know
that I'm going to be here for you....
and you for me... when there are
needs that need to be tended to, when
there are feelings that need to be felt,
and when there are smiles that simply
need to be shared in the company of
someone who really cares.

I dont' know if I could ever completely
describe to you how important our
friendship is to me. But it is SO MUCH
a part of all that is good in my world.

Sometimes you feel like a gift that was
given to my days to make sure that
they would always have some happiness
in them, More than once, I have felt
that what I lack in life, I make up for
by having a friendship that I wouldn't
trade for Anything, Anytime, Anywhere.

I have dreams in my life that may
never come true, travels I may never
take, goals I may not be able to reach,
and hopes that might always be just
beyond my horizons. But I want you to
know that whether my wishes come true
or whether they disappear altogether, I
will always feel like one of THE luckiest
people in the world.

WHY?

Because I have a friend - in you. And
because we're going to be friends - FOREVER.

My Family

I am a very blessed man - blessed with many close friends....

During the last few years, I've met and befriended these overseas friends and had the pleasure of meeting up with them over and over again..... and among themselves, they have also met up with each other and deepened the friendship.

These friends have since become very close to me - just like my family..... I am very proud to call them my family and I want them to know that they are all very dear and close to me.... I know at times, they may not agree with the many things I have done, but they would still respect and support my decision.... I am just a stubborn old man! Hahahaha!

To my families in Taipei (Joseph & Jack) , Hong Kong (Wallace & Frankie), Bangkok (Chartchai & Win) and KL (Ben & Nelson) ....... thank you very much for your concern... and see you soon in Hong Kong!

Bobby's Trip To Kuala Lumpur (22nd - 24th June 2007)

Yokoso! Welcome to Kuala Lumpur!

It's another whirlwind trip to KL again...this time with a good friend, Bobby, from Land of the Rising Sun - Japan!

Departed on JL721 from Singapore and landed at KLIA after 35 mins...such a short flight! No time to enjoy any service on board! Hahaha!

Clearing custom and immigration was quite a breeze and only 30 mins by express train to KL Sentral..where the hotel is... Meridien....

Where in the world are they????? Supposed to meet at the lobby but not a single soul! What? still chatting at friend's place??!!!!! Haiz..... never mind...... Quick check in and wash up and finally met up with Ben, Nelson and Jeff and off to supper (Bobby's stomach was calling already!) at Old Town and then to nomiya.....65.

Great Hotel...... great bed and fantastic view on the 29th floor! Cannot complain!!!!! Off to lunch at Jalan Imbi area - Bak Kut Teh.... it was delicious and then off to KLCC for shopping.... and not forgetting my Root Beer Float at A&W! Dropped Bobby off for massage and then went for some warehouse sale before coming back to pick him up again......back to hotel for a quick nap (not for me......for Bobby) before going to Ampang for Korean BBQ! Great food! Simply mouth delicious!

Sunday morning was sleep- in day and had Chong coming for breakfast at the Sentral Station and chat at the hotel... then it's off to Starhill for good Japanese Buffet lunch... always good at this restaurant....what's the name again....? Hahahahaha
More shopping at Bukit Bintang and then back to Hotel to rest again before catching the train back to airport for our return flight to Singapore....

Bobby stayed at the transit hotel to catch the early morning flight on UA back to Tokyo....

According to Bobby...he enjoyed himself very much....... his 1st time to KL..... will he go back again.... hmm.......

For me.... glad that he enjoyed himself.... happy to see Ben and Nelson again...... and hope they enjoyed having us over for the weekend.....
