Went to City Square Mall for dinner tonight with Jeff and Raymond. Jeff recommended the Italian restaurant on B2. The restaurant has a reasonable spread of food and you could have unlimited drink (in a glass).
We had chicken wings, escargots, pizza, seafood chowder and pork & sausage steak! It was a good meal! Better still, it was free! Raymond paid! Why, he was late!
Decided to got to the Street Cafe (街头茶餐厅）for desserts. Realised that the cafe did not have cake, went over to BreadTalk (面包讲话）to get a cake. While waiting for Derrick to join us, the manager of the cafe told us that we could not bring in any food that has pork, lard, or wine as the cafe is going to be Halal certified. Halal茶餐厅？？？？！！！！！ Interesting!
Anyway, it was just a ''normal'' cake and we got to sing Jeff 'Happy Birthday'.... the evening ended well... the company was fun!
