ever used! We use this system for our reservation and fare management. It is really not user-friendly!!!!! Guess what, no enhancement allowed!!!!!!! Have to put up with the system until...... !!!!!!!!!Boss wanted the sales report for the last few months. The system cannot generate the report according to what the Boss wanted...so frustrating! I have to manually do up the sales report! This is a Big Company but the system is so 'ancient'!!!!!!!
